Beard Splitters was the seed that grew into Wolves In Wool. The name stemmed from victorian slang meaning, “a lad who was good with the ladies.” Wolves In Wool operated as Beard Splitters from November 14th, 2016 until February 4th, 2018 when the business packed up and moved to it’s present Yorktown location. We felt that now that we had expanded beyond just shaving and bearding products, and added barbering to our repertoire the new business deserved a new name. In keeping with our savage nature, Wolves In Wool ended Beard Splitters in grand fashion.
